This is Friendly Fires. Hyped up early in 2008, received decent album reviews but it wasn't their year. Maybe this year? I dont know, but the only thing for definate is that you should hear their album. I was quite literally -if even a bit clichéd- blown away. They sound new and different and still amazingly good, catchy and memorable. I'm now going to have to rethink my top 10 albums of '08 just because of them. The album is terrific and the two Mp3s I've posted are the ones that blew me away most, but don't get the impression they are the best songs on the album. They're only the ones I took the most notice of.
